Automation and increased efficiency are seen as key benefits, with 60% reporting continuous learning opportunities driven by AI. 🎯 Collaboration and data-driven decision-making see a boost. However, seamless integration into existing workflows remains a hurdle (37%). 🎯 Concerns regarding training resources and job security surface. While AI is viewed as a valuable tool, 41% of engineers feel current training is insufficient, leading to job security anxieties (44%). Notably, 76% expect their organizations to bridge this gap by providing access to relevant resources and learning platforms. 🎯 Transparency and control are paramount. Half of the engineers surveyed believe established AI protocols are essential for human accountability. 🎯 Explainable AI (XAI) enjoys strong support (56%) as a means to ensure transparency in decision-making.
