Wow, I can't tell you what I love most about this announcement 💙💙💙 Nothing gets me more excited than building the platform and tools to help the most talented tech startup founders to become successful. I feel I have acquired much of my entrepreneurial wisdom from making many mistakes, and at the same time I was lucky to have access to the outstanding mentorship community that Ali Partovi and the team at Neo have built over the years. There are so many aspects of entrepreneurship that first time founders are unprepared for, and quite frankly, don't have the resources and knowledge to deal with. None more impactful than the fundraising process and all the legal aspects that comes with closing a capital raise. I love Gavel and I know its ground-breaking technology solves a real problem for lawyers to reach unmet demand for legal help. But let's face it, my word on this matter carries a lot less weight than our customers' So, kudos to Maria Spear Ollis for completely overhauling her contract template library into accessible, interactive, modern online legal products in just 2 months after signing up. In her own words: "It's so freakin' geekin' cool. LIFE UPDATE NO. 2 (of three) ✨ What started years ago as a collection of highlighted word documents is now a fully customizable, interactive set of tools. It's so freakin' geekin' cool. 🤓 Thanks to Dorna Moini's brilliant platform, Gavel, I've completely overhauled The Legal Apothecary Library. (Aka my contract template library for coaches, spiritual entrepreneurs, and conscious leaders.) Fellow attorneys, I'd be more than happy to show you a BTS of how I've used this tool. It's really, really good. But if you are a coach or thought leader, the best way I can describe this process of generating a legal document is what my clients have come to describe as "legal madlibs." This video has a little sneaky peek of what the "madlibs" questions look like in my free website disclaimer generator. (I'll drop a link to the free generator if you want to use it yourself. 300+ folks signed up for it in the last month!) I'm slowly rolling out a la carte templates, like a one-on-one coaching agreement, website terms and conditions and privacy policy, and retreat waiver. (Until now, The Legal Apothecary Library was an all-or-nothing type of thing.)
