Recognizing this common issue, we at Posiview proactively sought ways to promote a healthier work environment, aiming to create awareness about the benefits of regular yoga practice. On International Yoga Day and World Music Day, we conducted Chair Yoga which is known to improve flexibility, strengthen muscles, and promote better posture, all crucial for combating discomfort associated with sedentary work.
