40 content creators, 1 haunted house, 200k+ heart rate data points - This has never been done before and HypeRate® was part of it!😱 The secret's out! We partnered with THQ Nordic on the most terrifying launch campaign EVER. Well known creators (like PewDiePie, or Gnu!) were facing their fears in a haunted house created by Realm Pictures Ltd for a unique experience for Alone in the Dark. Yes, THAT Alone in the Dark. And WE were tracking their heart rates during the WHOLE event! Using a custom created app and Apple Watches, we turned that very real fear into beautiful ECG visuals for creators’ post production! DREAM. PROJECT. 🤯 This unique game launch campaign pushed creative boundaries, showcasing how biometric data can enhance media productions in a completely new and terrifying way connecting deeper to the audience. Huge thanks to Tom Moore and Golnas Eftekhari who brought us in and trusted us with this wonderful project! Our whole team is a huge fan of Alone in the Dark and this memory will live rent free in our hearts for the rest of our lives!
