I'm passionate about my products, but online demos can stress me out at times. We can't always have in-person demos, right? My top 3 challenges with online demos are, 1. Engagement: Reading cues like body language and tone online is tough. Email notifications on Zoom? 2. Tech Hiccups: "Your mic's off!" "I can't see you!" Tech troubles steal precious meeting time. 3. Personalization: Every buyer is different. Connecting with each of them and managing potential conflicts can be tricky. One size rarely fits all. While tech glitches may persist, we can ace #1 and #3 with preparation and knowing our participants well. Multiple dry runs work wonders.
