Reposting because this topic needs a lot more exposure. Its important to place the blame for these issues in the right light. It’s NOT systemic racism causing this. It’s not income inequality. Its not a shrinking job pool. It’s not mass migration. It’s not the UN. Its not global warming. When the thin blue line falls, and fails to keep back the chaos, (some cities are seeing it now) only the progressive left socialist “D”ems will be (are) to blame. The social justice DEI and ESG “social experiments” have to stop. We know what works, and progressive socialist politics IS NOT it. You may not see it, yet, but the threat is real. The communist socialist train is gaining speed and will be very difficult and perhaps impossible to stop - if we don’t act now. Be sure to vote. Vote to protect The Thin Blue Line… YOUR life and the lives of your family are depending on YOU making the right choice.

1994 Crime Bill. We don’t always have to reinvent the wheel. Maryland has always had harsh sentencing, but prior to 1994, those who had life sentences were allowed to promote from maximum security all the way to work release. Why does this matter? Because this is something the governor could reinstate without legislative approval. Also, it would incentivize good behavior, while preparing individuals to reenter society. Because if you can make it all the way to work release, it is evidence to the parole commission that you are prepared and deserving of parole. Why not bring this policy back? As is proven, lifers rarely reoffend.

Authority is a powerful force in our society, allowing individuals or groups to make decisions and enforce rules that affect the lives of others. However, with great power comes great responsibility, and when authority is left unchecked, the consequences can be dangerous and harmful. One of the primary dangers of unchecked authority is the potential for abuse. #Authority #ForensicPsychology #Politics #SocialScience

Oversight is required to maintain balance within the rule of law to ensure constitutional comportment persists and to provide redress where systematic dysfunctions in government may be observed. However, as seen, actions can dissolve organizational comportment with pathways that evolve toward self-interest over the greater good, as leaders allow a system's elemental factors to be ignored. Exploitations of human conditions that must be observed. Action by inaction with extreme indifference that degrades the rule of law. A bias that can misalign practices and budgetary assumptions that impose hardships upon society as governance systems are fatally flawed.

Reinventing services and organisations, moving beyond traditional ways of working. Leading and empowering new ways of working.
"We really do need long-term, well thought out policies. Not knee-jerk, short termism which really does initiate a spiral of chaos." In the public sector, we do need systems thinking. But, its not all about deep concept that we need training and frameworks, it is often about just seeing things for how they are actually are: This blog post, from someone who works magic with those most in need in our society, points out that for senior decision-makers, it is just so simple. So why dont they just see it? https://lnkd.in/ehfqfEq5

2moI couldn't agree more. Liam articulates the profound affect this decision and many others has on the surviving family members. I cannot imagine my parents having to relive the loss of my sister in a court house after more than 20 years. My heart breaks for these families!
