Today marks my 20th year in the video games industry! It’s a career I never thought I would start and one I was frequently concerned I couldn’t sustain. When reflecting on the last 20 it is wonderfully clear that I didn’t make it this far alone, and I won’t make it another 20 without leaning on amazing people in a true spirit of collaboration. There are 100s of people that helped, so bare with the abridged list of gratitude below. I will add more in comments as LinkedIN has a character limit on posts. BUT! OPEN INVITE TO ANYONE IN STL – a bunch of us gamedevs are going to https://lnkd.in/gapRPZhm today, 1-X?p to hang out and celebrate game dev in STL. Nothing formal - we'll be hanging out in front somewhere near 4Hands/ HiPointe. Show up and let’s toast gamedev in our fair city! An (incomplete) list of sincere gratitude below: Chris Moore – Thanks for giving me my shot Andrew Dour – Board Game Classics among many others Andrew Bilyk and Doug Hill - Long nights and short dev cycles. Ryan Baker – Those Grinch sprites that the world will never see Coby Utter – Still sorry for that LLWS crunch. Gary Bedell – I instantly became a better artist just being around you. Houston Brayton – Smoothest move I ever saw grabbing that Chimay glass, unless you count that well timed ninja-kick. Matt Stevens – From Iron chef through magic wands, pony books and pet shop. John Mikula – I knew from the start that Mr. Run and Jump had that special sumthin! David Greenfield – I hope you’re still having fun! Britt Myers - W.E.L.D.E.R. Graphite's first mobile title! Thanks for giving us our break into mobile! Lucca D. – Hive Jump wouldn’t be a thing without ya! Jake Heberlie - that one conversation at Trailhead, was it? Where you said "Matt, keep making games." Jon Fahnestock – Super proud of the program we’ve built together! Shaan Kandawalla – A collaborator for much of my career! Thanks for the endless support! Sam Coster, Seth Coster, and the team at BScotch – Love our chats. I learn from our chats. I stay focused through our chats. James Daly – So many career moments for me came through your trust in me and our team! J.T. Norville – for the bridge. EO (Mike Weintz Don Suftko Ryan Mortland and all those in RockIt past and present) The team at Atari (Mark Perloff, Jason Polansky, Ethan Stearns and Wade Rosen) - So many career highlights with you and your team! Midwest Games (Ben Kvalo Chris Klimecky and all the crew) - thanks for your support of Hive Jump, excited to grow games in the Midwest with your support! (youthful photo proof attached)

2w+ Phillip Snowbarger and Jacob Lear for sharing Kombinera with the team at Graphite. Kombinera is such a great concept and our first ever Sony release!
