My three takeaways hearing from the impressive speaker lineup: 💡 Start Small: Find ways to incorporate generative AI into your workflow to familiarize yourself with prompts and AI capabilities. As you become more comfortable, scale up and encourage your team to test and learn with AI tools. This is a pivotal skill set for Marketing’s new age of MarTech. 💡Understanding LLMs: It’s essential to know what data sources make up your LLM and its biases when applying to your use case.
