Last week, I had the privilege of attending an insightful class provided by Generasi Gigih, organized by Yayasan Anak Bangsa Bisa. This transformative experience has reinforced my determination to pursue my career goal of becoming a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Throughout the class, I gained invaluable insights into the world of technology and leadership, which have further solidified the importance of two core values that resonate deeply with me: harmony and honesty.
As I envision my path to the coveted position of a CTO, I have come to realize that harmony is an essential element that I wholeheartedly embrace. Conflicts and unnecessary debates have always been a source of discomfort for me, and I firmly believe in the power of fostering a harmonious workplace. This nurturing environment encourages open dialogue and empathy, allowing diverse perspectives to coexist peacefully and driving our collective efforts towards shared goals.
Equally important is the value of honesty, which has been a personal aspiration throughout my life. The class reaffirmed my belief that honesty is the cornerstone of trust within any team and organization. As a leader, I am committed to being a trustworthy individual, leading with transparency, and taking responsibility for my actions. By being honest and accountable, I seek to inspire my team to follow suit, fostering an environment where mutual trust and respect thrive.
Generasi Gigih and Yayasan Anak Bangsa Bisa have provided me with an exceptional platform for growth and self-improvement. Through this program, I am equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate the ever-evolving tech landscape and take on the responsibilities of a CTO.
In this reflective essay, I will explore how my commitment to harmony and honesty will shape my journey towards becoming a CTO. With continuous learning, inclusivity, and ethical innovation as my guiding principles, I am prepared to embrace the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead, striving to make a meaningful impact in the tech industry and beyond.
