Game On at Sales BootCamp: Molding Future Sales Titans🎮😎 At a recent campus event, FIIBians had the chance to immerse themselves in real-world-inspired sales scenarios at the Sales Bootcamp where they showcased their skills in Sales Pipeline Development, Negotiation and closure, sales pitches, the art of persuasion, market research mastery, promotional strategies, and customer-centric solutions. The students received invaluable guidance from esteemed panellists Rajiv Dembla, Co-founder & Director at Saicon Systems Private Limited, and Arshinder Singh Randhawa, Chief Business Officer at CodeQuotient. These industry veterans assessed teams, provided expert feedback, and engaged in enriching discussions, enhancing the learning experience for all participants.📈 But that's not the end of the story! Beyond presentations and role-plays, FIIB's Sales Bootcamp revealed a more profound lesson to the participants: the value of teamwork and diversity in sales. Similarly to why I love watching professional athletes play, I LOVE watching pro sellers sell. Here is what I loved about Mia Lilienthal's pitch 🔽 1) She established herself as a market expert, while also providing value to the prospect by explaining observed trends. At the end of the meeting the prospect will walk away with some value. 2) She identified pain and showed understanding to the prospect by identifying all the options that the leader had tried but had failed. 3) She established that there is a wrong vs. right way to tackle this challenge. What leaders have been doing isn't working and needs to change. 3) She sold the next meeting, not features AND got all the stakeholders involved on the next call. My personal opinion? This is a great template for how to have meaningful, consultative, conversations with our prospects.
