Exciting news from the Alzheimer’s Association and Rippl! We're thrilled to announce our new partnership aimed at revolutionizing access to high-quality dementia care nationwide. The Dementia Care Navigation Service is a game-changer, combining Rippl’s on-demand dementia care model with the Alzheimer’s Association’s extensive resources. We're bridging the gap in dementia care, providing essential support to individuals and caregivers across the country.  The Dementia Care Navigation Service is part of the eight-year pilot program Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience (GUIDE) Model. Leveraging our expertise and innovative services, we're set to transform dementia care, offering comprehensive support to those in need. Nearly 7 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s, a number expected to nearly double by 2050. According to our 2024 Alzheimer’s Disease Facts and Figures report, 60% of health care workers feel the system doesn't effectively support dementia care. Additionally, 70% of caregivers find care coordination stressful; two in three struggle to access support. Our goal is to change that. Through this partnership, people living with Alzheimer’s or another dementia and their caregivers gain access to 24/7 care coordination, medication management and critical support resources, ensuring every aspect of the dementia journey is addressed. Our goal is not just about providing care, it's about empowering individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementias. With Rippl’s innovative care model and the Alzheimer’s Association’s commitment to health equity, we're working towards a future where everyone has access to the care they deserve. Join us on this journey to make a difference! Here's how you can support our mission: - Share this post to spread awareness and encourage others to get involved. - Consider making a donation to help fund critical research and support programs. Together, we can shape a better future for all individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementias.

This is a greatly needed resource. We are navigating this disease with my mother-in-law and the challenges accessing the needed care and services are daunting.

Katie Evans this is amazing. Thank you for sharing! As someone who is in the midst of trying to care for aging parents struggling with dementia, I can't begin to tell you how much this means to me and my family. We've struggled for years to "figure this all out" and after spending just a few minutes on the website I feel like a weight has been lifted and can't wait to share with others in need. Keep up the great work and THANKS AGAIN!

That's wonderful news! The partnership between the Alzheimer's Association® and Rippl promises to make a significant impact on dementia care.
