Founder and President, The Deep Clean Club | Transforming Golf Events into Unforgettable VIP Experiences
Sponsors pay a pretty penny to attend a Pro-Am event... Average costs to play in a Tour Pro-Am golf event: PGA Tour: $20,000 - $35,000 LPGA Tour: $12,000 - $20,000 Champions Tour: $10,000 - $15,000 Korn Ferry Tour: $5,000 - $12,500 Each package typically offers hospitality benefits, signage, food and beverage perks, gifting... etc. Sponsors are crucial to the financial stability of these tournaments, yet each Pro-Am event offers the same experience for them. In a highly competitive space, each tournament has a team of representatives looking to sell sponsorship opportunities. If you were called by a representative from Event A offering the same experience as last year... OR Event B, who chose to elevate their experience with VIP Player Services... Which one would you be more likely to choose? By consistently seeking new ways to enhance the sponsorship experience, you pave the way for enduring partnerships that not only elevate your brand but also foster lasting relationships. Embracing creativity in sponsorship strategies not only captures attention but also nurtures connections, ensuring sustained support and growth for your brand in the long run. #competitiveadvantage #strategy #proam #golfevents #pgatour #sponsorships #lpgatour #relationshipbuilding

2024 & still Climbing 📈 Since 2008 we have excelled in increasing golf outings, memberships & rounds per year. As a semi-private profitable club these are 3 key ingredients. In this post I am just talking vaguely about golf outings & membership, but ultimately hope to get others to engage in this industry on this topic. As a GM, Pro, or event coordinator- What are the tools that you find to help your club grow. Times are changing, outings are looking for more attractive sponsorship activation opportunities, more fun, and a smooth process. Our job is to make this process as smooth as possible. We need to stay innovative to accomplish these things. I.e investing into the club itself, educating ourselves on what is out there in the market and staying open-minded. These thought processes correlate with membership as well. Are you building a community/brand with your club? How well are we doing with connecting our staff with our members/clients? I see many gaps in this field when I visit other clubs, talk to other pros, or even when I book a new golf outing from a different club. If these are gaps you are expierancing reach out to me.

VIP Events, F1 Packages, VIP Hospitality, Incentives, Luxury Experiences & Event Management. For client & personal use. BERKELEY RED & RED7 Grand Prix (F1 & members club)
We’ve won a seminal piece of business! 🏁🥂🏎️ And no, I don’t mean we’re now working with a sperm donation clinic… But in the wide wide world of Bagshot & Berkeley Red this is something we’ve been working towards for a while… A good client we’ve been doing bits and pieces of ad hoc work for over 4 years recently announced they had signed a multi year main sponsorship deal with an F1 team. This was music to our ears. Especially given how we have positioned ourselves as a specialist agency in F1. As with all sports sponsorships it’s not just about the logo on the shirt or car… In fact at 200 mph you’ll be hard pressed to see any sponsors logo! The worth for the sponsor is in activation and due to the great relationship we have built with them they have chosen us to help them activate this sponsorship. Kudos to Joe who has lead this relationship for us. Everything from extra VIP hospitality, travel & team guest management at Grands Prix to special events to driver appearances to competitions and other brand activities on and off line. It’s not necessarily the size of this first piece of business which is around the British Grand Prix - we’ve had bigger (😉) - although an £80k- £100k deal is nothing to be sniffed at. It’s the type of business and onward relationship & opportunity it presents us with this sponsor. And who knows - maybe other sponsors will trust us to look after their requirements too. It’s been years in the making to get to the point of having business and a relationship of this type signed and sealed. To pull out a cliche beloved of LinkedIn - there really isn’t any such thing as overnight success. Now, back to your dictionary folks to look up the 2 differences in meaning of “seminal”… #f1

Salesforce-Certified Talent Strategist | Head of FinServ Division | Transforming Partner & FinServ Customer Performance with Specialist Salesforce Talent
Couldn't agree more with Vinod Mistry here - whatever stage you're at in the programme lifecycle, having a highly-skilled team unified by a singular goal not only ensures an effective initial implementation, but ensures that success is sustainable long-term. Building on his post, I think that some businesses neglect certain expertise when ensuring that Salesforce is adopted effectively. For example, a Programme Director in my network and I were discussing how pivotal effective PMO, Governance and Change Management are to ensure effective adoption for the business. Whilst technical and strategic expertise are pivotal when determining business case, scoping the body of work ahead, build, etc, having the right expertise in place to ensure adoption post go-live is pivotal, and so many businesses neglect this (hence why there is so much demand in the contract space for 'firefighters' to fix what had been built previously). Having a team in place AFTER the implementation that maintains that shared goal is what is going to make sure that the success of the new Salesforce instance is long-standing and genuinely impactful in the long-term for a business. Vinod Mistry's Vision Alignment Method (VAM) approach unifies a business's goals with the expertise and technical knowledge to go alongside it. For anyone looking to find out more, please do drop myself or Vinod a message!

Use Team Europe’s secret sauce for retaining Solheim Cup 2023 to elevate sales with Salesforce! #SalesforceRoI #Salesforcebizvalue #vnmconsult Whether you are into Golf or not, this year’s Solheim Cup reached a zenith for excitement & awareness for Women’s Sport. It has become a huge event attracting the attention of the media and the public alike. Moreover, the level of golf and the profile of the 24 team players is acting as a huge ‘role model’ that is attracting waves of youngsters into the sport. Team Europe prevailed over Team USA and retained the cup - with a fairytale story of the local hero Carlotta Ciganda putting the winning stroke! When you look at the teams though it is an outcome that is totally unexpected. Team USA had far and away the better talent based on the year's tournament results:- - 3 out of the 4 majors - More LPGA wins - Most decorated amateur player who won her first LPGA tournament. So how did Team Europe prevail - It’s a real paradox?? For me it is because of the following: 💪 The team, the Captain, the individuals, the backroom staff, the supporters all have a belief in the same GOAL or VISION - - they stood for the ‘Collective Europe’! Each player was fully engaged and aligned to this, and the strategy/tactics that the captain wanted to play, and so they performed and gave their everything when it mattered. And when every single player is aligned like this then the sum of the talent becomes greater… …hence they can beat better teams. So how can you use this secret sauce with your Salesforce solution - whether it is for program and project success, or to drive business value and RoI from your existing Salesforce platform?? 🏆 The big trick is to consider both the belief/vision and the talent/capability of your team as connected variables that have a relationship. Setting your team so that every individual is aligned to the goal/vision, and that they have the right talent/capability will ensure the success of the initiative. Further by maintaining the right levels of both, then you can also get repeatable success. To further explain how this works - here’s the four main scenario outcomes:- ❌ Team not aligned to vision/goal, and team has low talent/capability ➡️ FAILURE ❌ Team not aligned to vision/goal, and team has high talent/capability ➡️ PATCHY RESULTS ❌ Team aligned to vision/goal, and team has low talent/capability ➡️ PATCHY RESULTS ✅ Team aligned to vision/goal, and team has high talent/capability ➡️ REPEATABLE SUCCESS This works! I have applied this method successfully, and in particular delivered major global complex Salesforce programs with it. My version of this is a structured method which I call Vision Alignment Method (VAM). Please DM me if you would like to discuss for your program/project. What approaches or methods have you used to get success with Salesforce? Trust you find this useful. Thanks.
