Unlocking the full potential of generative AI starts with empowering your people. Great points captured by Alexandra Nawrat - I feel one of the challenges is when we over-index our efforts on certainty over clarity. As the pace of emerging technology keeps increasing, we must get comfortable with a more dynamic way of operating and talent management, focusing on clarity of direction vs certainty of 'end state'. There needs to be a better understanding of the implications of technology like GenAI and bring people along on that journey. As I also say, it's ALWAYS about people! Thanks for sharing your insights, Jill!
