Discounting is crushing your sales cycle. Sales is complicated enough -- multiple SKUs, add-ons, SSO, volume tiers, etc. Discounting is just another variable that creates friction for your buyers. Is this a good enough discount? What happens if I wait till next month? What's my discount at renewal? Why did my friend get a larger discount?
