Excellent research from my colleague Matthew Reed. This is the third iteration of the benchmark. Great to see many operators improving their scores as they continue to develop their respective techco visions. Those vary greatly by region with Asia clearly ahead and I anticipate this will continue for years to come. What works for one region will not work for another. Telco groups shouldn't aim to achieve top scores in our benchmark, but rather be better than their direct competitors in their region. There are some lessons learned which can be carried from one region to another but the competitive landscape (e.g. hyperscalers), which will help determine go to market strategies, is very different.
