Snowflake participated in the catalyst "Beyond Chatbots" with Amdocs, EY, and solvatio AG, championed by TurkNet and du at the DTW - Ignite conference in Copenhagen by TM Forum. Using Snowflake Cortex, we showed that we can streamline the contact center's operations, resulting in a 90% increase in first-call resolution, a 50% reduction in operating cost, and a 32% reduction in average handling time.
