The #Lünendonk Survey 2023 „Temporary Staffing Businesses in Germany” has been published. It offers a detailed insight into the market, presents current topics and trends and gives an outlook for the coming years. The 23rd edition of the #MarketAnalysis includes in addition to numerous key figures and developments a special chapter on foreign #recruitment and changes in the #marketstructure. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲: ➡ The market volume for contract #staffing services has increased by 9.3 percent to EUR 33.9 billion compared to 2021. ➡ Despite the severe #staffshortage, the participating companies are increasing their headcount both internally (7.9%) and externally (2.2%). ➡ Driven by the shortage of staff and #skilledworkers, client companies are also increasingly asking for permanent placement services. The share of revenue generated by this segment is 4.3 percent. ➡ Rise of the #silverworker - Two thirds of temporary staffing companies employ retired workers. The companies surveyed also expect #silverworker to become an important part of the staffing services business model in the future. ➡ #Recruitment of temporary staff in foreign countries continues to gain in importance. Just under 14 percent of the temporary staff recruited come from foreign countries. 57 percent of companies intend to expand their activities in foreign countries in the future.
