📢 Calling for your experience and creative juice! We know that when employees feel appreciated, there is an 84% decrease they will experience burnout. Last week was employee appreciation day. It's the opportunity to thank employees for their hard work and contribution to the company. It's great, but I strongly believe every day should be an employee appreciation day. All year long, they/we/I want to feel valued, that the work done makes a difference to an individual, and brings something towards the success of the business. In my company, we invested in a module on the HRIS so everyone can log in a Recognition for anyone. We encourage people to share a special and meaningful message with their colleagues to express their appreciation. We remind leaders and managers to do the same within their teams. It works well, in March we usually see a peek at recognitions raised on the system. Dear IC pro, and all colleagues passionate about positive company culture: what tactics have you got in place to keep the momentum going all year long? Share your ideas! 👇

It's Employee Appreciation Day - a time to celebrate your people and say thanks for everything they do! 🎉 Here at Enthuse, we believe an appreciated, engaged workforce is the key to success. When employees feel genuinely valued, they are more motivated, productive and loyal. So we encourage all organisations to go the extra mile today - celebrate with thoughtful gestures, recognise achievements, and reinforce how much your employees mean to the company. Even small acts of gratitude can make a big difference. And appreciation shouldn't end today! Foster a culture of recognition that empowers people year-round. Make praise, perks and positive feedback part of your everyday employee experience. Keep listening, incentivising and investing in your team. When you make employees feel appreciated, it pays back tenfold in performance. It's the secret sauce for winning cultures and results. To all companies celebrating today - have fun, get creative and enjoy strengthening your biggest asset. Keep showing the love! And to every hard-working employee - you are valued. You make the magic happen. Thank you! 👏

Happy National Employee Appreciation Day! It's important to remember that while companies may use familial language, they are not actually your family. As employees, we serve at their pleasure and any company can abruptly terminate that relationship, even after years of loyalty, if for no other reason than poor fiscal management. Let's use this day to appreciate the hard work we do and the value we bring to our organizations. #employeeappreciation
