ChatGPT4......have you tried this yet? It is even more scary than I thought it would be. I have to say, I am going to have to carve out time to dive deep into this. I think it will help me rebuild the recruiting brainfood website (I mean, look at it https://lnkd.in/fVrzpGv...), improve subscriber onboarding experience, build up the sponsor CRM (which doesn't exist) and maybe give us great opportunity to unlock community wisdom from the tens of thousands of recruiters who now subscribe or follow in some way or other. Regardless of how we feel about it, we recruiters NEED TO GET GOOD AT USING AI. I can't emphasise this enough - the recruiters who become 'AI enabled' are the ones who will win in the next epoch of recruitment work. To that end, tomorrow I am launching a custom webinar series with our friends Metaview where we will take a deep dive on how AI can be used on specific parts of the recruiting process. 1️⃣ AI and ASSESSMENT (https://lnkd.in/gU6HR33b) 2️⃣ AI and INTERVIEW TRAINING (https://lnkd.in/g4E52jNY) 3️⃣ AI and CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE (https://lnkd.in/gfX25dxT) 4️⃣ AI and DATA VISIBILITY (https://lnkd.in/gMvJiRSP) Get registering on the ones you're interested in folks - all Free and will help you get 'AI ready' for this future that is right here already #recruiting #artificialintelligence #chatgpt4
In TA you don't have to be an AI expert or data engineer, but you HAVE to be data/AI COMFORTABLE 💡
You better believe I registered!

Things are moving faster than anyone expected. The shelf life of common well established jobs is shortening (accountants, developers, teachers, lawyers, drivers, writers, eg) I asked AI what jobs were most at risk and the list was endless and worrying. I had to then ask what jobs are not at risk. There are a handful but automation is progressing at pace. If you have kids, what professions could you confidently advise them to pursue based on the greatest chance of success?
100% agree on the need for recruiters. Even with the headwinds in the macro economy right now, we (Leoforce) are about 20% up in discovery calls and about 15% up in "net new" clients vs Q1 2022. I'm hopeful that part of the webinar covers the actual definition of "AI" and what actual AI does and can produce. As AI has become more powerful and sophisticated (specific to TA), more and more companies (because it's a great buzzword to throw out) say they have/use "AI", but what they have is not in any way AI (it's old tech that is based on things that are not real "AI" at all, thus they don't produce the efficiencies and cost savings of true AI). For those considering an "AI" based tool to help power your TA process, I would encourage you when on a discovery call or demo with the company, to get very granular on how they define "AI" and make them "show you" the AI in action. Based on my own experiences and being in this ecosystem and competing against companies that profess to have great "AI" tech, "maybe" 25% of them actually do have a robust machine learning/AI sophisticated platform, and the other 75% just use the word and they do not in any way have AI (they define it in a more nuanced way to get away with calling it "AI").
