Not all heroes wear capes. As many of you know, our city was hit by Hurricane Beryl. Like many others, many staff in our Support Department were and are still affected by the power outage. However, our values stand firm, and we're thankful again for our Support team's resilience. Many who could connect rose to the occasion and handled the influx of customer requests with an unwavering commitment, fully aware of the demanding day. At one point, we operated with less than 10% of our usual capacity, yet call volumes initially remained at normal levels.
