⚔ Deep in today's anti-counterfeiting trenches fighting fakes, here's what we're seeing: 1. As reputable platforms like Amazon and Facebook integrate more technology, procedures, and civil and criminal litigation programs, they are becoming much more effective. Counterfeiters start selling here but when knocked down, they divert the products to standalone websites on third party webhosts, making it harder to knockdown. 2. They use Cloudflare, a webhost privacy shield to try and shield themselves from DMCA takedowns. 3. Once we finally find the real webhost, they move to a new webhost. 4. Some webhosts are blatantly ignoring the takedowns or making it very hard. Copyright registrations are critical to effectiveness. 5. They're then going to platforms like Temu which do not make it easy to remove offending listings. With the mass scale right now, companies need a team, a strategy, a procedure and software for mass effect. #anticounterfeiting #iplawyer #fightingfakes
