He will be joined by Head of Business development for HYDROQUEST, Guillaume Gréau.   “I am looking forward to continuing supporting Ocean Energy Europe and Rémi Gruet’s excellent team, who are working relentlessly to bring ocean energy to the world. This is possibly the largest untapped source of clean energy on earth, so an important mission. It is a very exciting time seeing the first ocean energy farms getting financed in Europe, and the growing pipeline of commercial projects in development. Our key ask to Europe and member states is to put in place the revenue support schemes to scale up the industry and have the first 1 GW installed, as per the EU Offshore Renewable Strategy target. Witnessing the growing interest from British businesses in the offshore wind supply chain in the Baltic states is truly exciting. With the first offshore wind projects underway, there are abundant opportunities for pioneering ventures into this dynamic market. 🔵 At the Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference in Amsterdam, our team member Tomas Mačiulskis actively engaged, experiencing two days packed with meaningful connections, industry insights, and a preview of upcoming opportunities in Lithuania and the Baltics. VISIT NOW: Portugal I'm pleased to announce my participation in "Visit NOW: Portugal" in two days, focused on offshore wind collaboration between Portugal and Norway. As President of APREN - Associação Portuguesa de Energias Renováveis, I'll be presenting a market overview and discussing partnership opportunities between Portuguese and Norwegian companies on September 20th. The event aligns well with Portugal's goal of being awarded 10 GW of offshore up until 2030 and offers a platform to explore commercial opportunities and synergies, especially in floating wind farms. With vast available land, long summer days, and the irradiation benefits of snow in winter, Finland is perfect for photovoltaic (PV) solutions.   🗣️ Andrea Fontana, Managing Director of #FRV Europe, shared his enthusiasm for entering the promising Finnish market with FRV’s international expertise and experience in renewable energy. Fady Jameel, Deputy President and Vice Chairman of Abdul Latif Jameel, highlighted the milestone in their commitment to sustainable development and supporting Europe’s clean energy transition. Matti Parpala, Mikke Vepsäläinen, and Anssi Voipio, founders of Will & Must, expressed their excitement about collaborating with FRV to contribute to Finland’s green transition, emphasizing their experience in large-scale projects.    🤝 Together with Will & Must, we will develop a pipeline of several PV projects expected to add up to 600MW of capacity and reach the "ready to build" phase from 2024-2026.
