The UFC and WWE have merged to create TKO Group Holdings. WME, Endeavor's talent agency, is in the spotlight. Mark Shapiro, who leads both Endeavor and TKO, stated, "We're at the epicenter of a large, mobile, fast-growing market. The TAM for sports, entertainment, music, live events, and premium experiences is over $500 billion." TKO is well-positioned to leverage digital content to attract new audiences. With access to behind-the-scenes looks - they can take a similar approach to the NFL. With competitors like CAA selling for $7 billion, WME's own valuation is one to watch in this new landscape. This move was a game-changer, excited to see how it all plays out. 

Netflix (NASDAQ:NFLX) stock started Tuesday trading higher, up 1.9%, as news of a content streaming partnership with WWE boosted investor sentiments ahead of this afternoon’s earnings report. The online streamer will broadcast the three-hour weekly WWE Raw show every Monday night, starting in 2025, securing hundreds of hours of premium content every year. Shares of 3M (NYSE:MMM) declined nearly 11% from yesterday’s closing levels in New York. 3M is coming off a challenging year marked by significant legal liabilities and settlement costs the company faced in 2023. The company agreed to pay up to $12.5 billion to resolve claims related to water contamination and $6 billion to settle lawsuits concerning defective earplugs supplied to US combat troops. Online streaming platforms are vying for sporting rights and winning against traditional TV players. Netflix has secured the WWE pro wrestling, Amazon Prime has a deal with football, and Disney is in with the NFL.
