💡 Optimizing laundry management was the goal of laundry company Neutripuro - Lavandaria Industrial in Caldas da Rainha, Portugal. The optimal solution they found? UHF RFID!
In 2022, brothers and managing directors Filipe Gameiro and João Gameiro partnered with system integrator AXEM Technology to bring the RFID solution to life.
✨ Today, Neutripuro processes up to five tons of linen per day on an area of 700 sqm. About 25 to 30 percent of the total linen is used as rental linen. That equates to approximately 30,000 items of laundry.
All 30,000 items of laundry in use as rental linen have been fitted with AXEM Technology's AX'Lin UHF laundry label. The label is able to withstand more than 200 wash cycles and up to 60 bars of pressure, making it suitable for harsh industrial laundry processes.
