🙏✈️The third strategic meeting of the beamUp lab 4 program was hosted by the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, with the main topic focusing on financing companies through the capital market. The beam market, which provides young companies the opportunity to list on the stock exchange and raise funds, was presented. 👥 In a panel discussion with participants from the beam market, we welcomed Dimitar Kolchakov (Boleron), Svetoslav Angelov (ITF Group), and Tatyana Puncheva (ELANA), who shared their experiences and offered valuable advice on listing on the beam market. 🎤 Our special guest, lawyer Viktor Tokushev (Tokushev & Partners Law Office), gave a presentation on the key similarities, differences, and specifics of listing on the main market versus the beam market. 📢 Hristina Pendicheva, a member of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, shared the latest news from the European Parliament regarding growth markets. It was particularly exciting to learn that the funding threshold through growth markets has been raised to 12 million euros and that companies with shares carrying multiple voting rights are now allowed on growth markets. We look forward to seeing these changes reflected locally on our market. 💎 Our favorite part of these meetings is being inspired by the stories of the companies in the program. Sappience, Benjamíssimo (BioBenjamin), Hydrogenera, VOLTRAX, CloudCart, and Releva presented their innovative businesses. They received valuable feedback from professional investors Tatyana Puncheva, Viktor Manev (Impulse Growth), and Simeon Iliev (MFG Invest). 🙏 We thank all our guests for their presence and active participation.
