“The New Producer Recruiter” || Help Commercial Insurance Brokers to grow || Help B2B sales pros pivot into the best B2B sales career...that they've likely never considered
“I just renewed a client that was five times my salary. And I didn't get anything. It was just, hey, great job locking this in for another year.” A candidate shared this anecdote. This abuse happens to corporate salespeople in so many industries. Where it does NOT happen: commercial insurance broking. When a commercial insurance producer renews a large client, they get paid commission. Every renewal. Every year. For the lifetime of the client. #insurance #insuranceindustry #sales

“The New Producer Recruiter” || Help Commercial Insurance Brokers to grow || Help B2B sales pros pivot into the best B2B sales career...that they've likely never considered
Q: With the commercial insurance market being so hard, are agents looking to hire fewer new producers? A: No, not in our experience. The hard market has not changed commercial insurance broker new producer hiring plans. Agent/brokers are organic growth oriented. Or they're not. They're open-minded to hire new producers with out-of-industry B2B sales skills. Or they're not. #insurance #insuranceindustry #sales

CEO of Rod Financial Group | Life Insurance Broker | Financial Industry Professional | Asset Protection Specialist | Fixed Annuities
MAJOR win for insurance agents and other 1099 people! The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) voted 3-2 on Tuesday to ban noncompete agreements that prevent tens of millions of employees from working for competitors or starting a competing business after they leave a job. If you don’t like where you currently are but want to start in the same industry, but were locked down contractually, now according to the FTC, you can leave! We’re actively hiring license or non licensed insurance agents. If you’re looking for more products to offer your clients reach out and see how we may be a good fit! #hiring #sales #insurance #remotework

Managing Director - CKB Recruitment (Insurance Recruitment) - 07557957129 & Co-Owner of Walfs Web Lab, incorporating insurancevacancies.co.uk
Some Insurance Brokers really seem to be failing to grasp the whole supply and demand issue in the market at the moment, particularly for good Account Handlers. There are more roles than experienced people to fill them, so it doesn't take a Rocket Scientist to work out that this means you have to pay a good wage and have a good proposition to tempt people to work for your business. I have had 2 firms approach us this week to work on Account Handler assignments, and when both gave me the salary, I said straight away that it wasn't enough, and a waste of our time to work the role. One got quite offended by my honesty (They work for a big national) and I had to be pretty blunt that we wouldn't take it on, given they were expecting us to find a Commercial Account Handler with 3-4 years experience, and a salary of £25-30k. That is just not where we find ourselves in this market and our time is precious. Start paying good people what they are worth, and stop thinking you can get good insurance staff on the cheap 😤

An Insurance EXPERT since Jan 2006, committed and dedicated to support partners and customers, at the same time determined to achieve profitability to the organisation
Role of Business Partner(BP) Traditional way of selling Insurance is through Agents/Advisors. These agents are recruited by Agency Managers (Front Line Sales). Recruitment of any Agent is not at all an easy task. When we approach them, for selling Insurance, they will sit back and start avoiding our calls. Even the relationship will start diminishing. Most of the Insurance Companies will recruit FLS by the age group of 30-35. When this young Manager approach a retired person or a house wife, the proper value addition or confidence factor will be missing (most of the cases). This will reduce the recruitment numbers. But if company is recruiting a retired person as Business Partner, and if he start recruiting Agents, the confidence level, conviction etc will be high and easily recruitment can happen. Any experienced BFSI person, any socialised person, or any one who is interacting with many people, can become Business Partner. More over BP model is very cost effective for the company too. Agent Recruitment by a BP is much higher than any FLS. What is your opinion?
