Canoga is #hiring! ~ Project Planner ~ The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and responsible for providing support to the Senior Program Manager in planning and organizing projects for our organization. You will be tasked with assisting in developing and co-managing projects with the Senior Program Manager to support the organization’s strategic direction. As a Project Planner you will create & maintain schedules, Gantt charts and keep project tasks & resources on track, provide regular project updates to project directors, and maintain contact with staff to monitor job progress. A great Planner will ensure the schedule complies with project scheduling standards and key procedure. This individual will be coordinating weekly call-in meetings with internal Project Leads to ensure standardization of output. They will review project schedules daily and will work closely with Project Leaders to determine if the sequence of activities will deliver the product and project scope within the parameters of the project objectives. To be successful in this role, you will need to have some prior experience in project planning & project management. A bachelor’s degree is required. Pay: $51.03 - $56.70/hour.
