# Icon # personalities # Domain : More often than not, people who have earned legendary tag or near close in a particular field have not done well or failed or below par performance … hence important to be careful, decisive, before venturing into a domain wherein either it is your confidence of doing well again or by virtue of our previous track record, forced into other field/s especially politics !!! There are examples : to begin with Imran khan, Amitabh Bachan, Shatrughan Sinha, Sachin Tendulkar, Navjot Sidhu & many more but to counter this check MGR, NT Rama Rao, S Jaishankar etc Where is the tilt ? What do public in general has to say ?

I recieve all the things mentioned below. All the love, peace, clarity, healing, strength, happiness, prosperity, abundance, opportunity, and understanding. Who doesn't want that? The key is how? It all leads to our accountability. It will be the action and intentionality specifically with you and me. What will you do to yield these outcomes? I will give love more to receive it, my actions will provide more grace and empathy. I will have more peace by taking the action of boundaries and releasing things I don't control. I will have more clarity by asking more questions and truly understanding others intentions and for me not to knee-jerk react to their behavior based on my perspective. I will have more healing in June by letting go of the past failures with relationships, finances, business endeavors and career aspirations. I could go on and complete this list but I want you to see that manifesting isn't just about hoping and receiving, it is moving in the direction of becoming it. Its takes self-reflection, maybe professional coaching. Above all, it's work and intentional actions. One of my favorite questions I like to ask my clients are “What are you going to do about”. Wow so powerful and truthful, I salute 🫡 this young person for speaking the way he does. White privilege can be an uncomfortable thing to explore and discuss, at times when I have covered this topic, I can almost feel the discomfort in the room. Here are some reasons why I believe understanding and discussing white privilege is important: 1.Awareness and Self-Reflection: Recognising white privilege encourages self-reflection among white people. It prompts them to consider how their experiences differ from those of people of color and to examine their own biases. 2.Structural Inequality: White privilege sheds light on systemic causes of racial inequality. By acknowledging these advantages, we can better understand how structural racism operates and perpetuates disparities. 3.Advocacy and Allyship: Understanding white privilege motivates individuals to take action. Privileged individuals can use their advantages to advocate for change, challenge discriminatory practices, and support marginalised communities. 4.Fairness and Justice: Discussing white privilege helps create a fairer society. When people recognise their privilege, they are more likely to work toward dismantling discriminatory systems and promoting equality. So, talking about white privilege is essential for fostering empathy, promoting equity, and addressing racial disparities. Let’s keep the discussions going no matter how uncomfortable they may make us feel.
