Your comfort zone is where and when you are interviewing and you get more than one offer in a week. Wow, now you have a choice. You are the one who can make the decision instead of hoping you get an offer. Job searching can be exhausting. You can apply to many jobs, and not hear from anyone. It gets frustrating and discouraging as time passes with no calls. 5 possible reasons you haven’t gotten a call yet: > Your resume is not catered to the specific role you applied for Study the job description properly > Your resume is not clear about your strengths and achievements Be specific about your achievements that are relevant to the role > You are either underqualified or overqualified for the role You have little experience or you are already doing more than what the role requires > You have been applying to any and every job you see on the platform Not every job is for you > You are picky and haven't been applying to enough jobs Don’t put all your eggs in one basket You can’t control what employers think, but you can control the effort you put in.
