Check out this conversation between our very own Vicky Smith and Nicole Vinson at Kellogg's. Nicole explains not just "who" is enabled, but why they need to be and the resulting value to the business: “Marketers love to look at gross profit ROI, or marketing ROI. But marketers really need to understand the drivers…creative effectiveness makes up at least 50% of your gross profit ROI. So if you’ve got bad creative quality, you are probably not going to drive the business outcomes you are looking for.”
