- The next step in the agenda of this course is the agenda for your meetings. In the Exercise Files for this course, I've provided an Agenda Template you can use for your meetings. If you want to get going quickly, you can use this agenda exactly as is. Feel free to adapt it or create your own version as you see fit. It works for both in-person and online meetings. When most teams create an agenda, they focus on one thing, how. That's the right side of the agenda. But first let's explore the left-hand side, which covers the core principles we'll follow during a meeting. Often you can create this once and reuse it for most meetings. For example, at the top is the what question, as in, what is the end result we want?
