- [Instructor] Keeping track of all the chatbots can feel like a full-time job. So how do you decide which one your marketing team should choose? One way is to test them out, another is to ask them directly. I did both and here's what I found out. Let's start with OpenAI's ChatGPT, which you might call a chat of all trades. ChatGPT Answers questions, creates visuals, and interprets data. And its newest model lets you have seamless voice conversations too. It calls itself friendly, straightforward, and claims to have a sense of humor. Now, I'd agree with a friendly and straightforward parts, but would say the humor is not quite ready for prime time. Also, its answers tend to be on the wordy side with lots of jargon, so you'll need to edit, and revise your output to add a human touch. Gemini is from Google and powers its various apps like Gmail and Docs. It's also built into Google search. Gemini considers itself to be informative, instructive, impartial, kind of like a family…
