- Okay, so you understand the strategic landscape of your space. You've mapped out your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats through a SWOT analysis. Now it's time to figure out where you want to play. Where are you strong? Where are you weak? You might consider your company's core technology, products, distribution, reputation, or regional depth.
