☆ Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Website Manager to oversee and maintain our organization's website. The Website Manager will ensure that our site is visually appealing, user-friendly, and up-to-date with the latest content and features. This role is essential for supporting our digital presence and enhancing our outreach efforts.
☆ Key Responsibilities:
Website Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain the website, ensuring all content is current, accurate, and relevant.
Design and Development: Work with graphic designers and developers to implement new features, designs, and functionalities to enhance user experience.
SEO Management: Optimize website content for search engines to improve visibility and drive traffic.
Content Management: Manage and update content, including blog posts, news updates, event information, and resource materials.
Performance Monitoring: Use analytics tools to monitor website performance, track user engagement, and generate reports. Make recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.
Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
Compliance: Ensure the website complies with relevant laws and regulations, including accessibility standards and data protection policies.
Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to align website updates with overall marketing strategies and organizational goals.

Proven experience in website management, design, and development.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web design software (e.g., Wix)
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
