Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Website Manager to oversee and maintain our organization's website. The Website Manager will ensure that our site is visually appealing, user-friendly, and up-to-date with the latest content and features. This role is essential for supporting our digital presence and enhancing our outreach efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain the website, ensuring all content is current, accurate, and relevant.
  • Design and Development: Work with graphic designers and developers to implement new features, designs, and functionalities to enhance user experience.
  • SEO Management: Optimize website content for search engines to improve visibility and drive traffic.
  • Content Management: Manage and update content, including blog posts, news updates, event information, and resource materials.
  • Performance Monitoring: Use analytics tools to monitor website performance, track user engagement, and generate reports. Make recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
  • Compliance: Ensure the website complies with relevant laws and regulations, including accessibility standards and data protection policies.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to align website updates with overall marketing strategies and organizational goals.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in website management, design, and development.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web design software (e.g., Wix)
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Coding is preferred but not required
