Amare is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our Operations team. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all inventory warehouse employees. This person will also be responsible for receiving and warehousing operations by creating, implementing and/or enforcing timely inventory entries in the ERP system and auditing moves done by employees. This position is located in Mahwah, NJ and working hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm EST.
Main Responsibilities:
Control and manage component inventory, such as but not limited to containers, closures, printed components, etc
Manages warehouse employees and oversees daily operations
Enforces safety protocols throughout the warehouse
Audits material movements in the ERP system
Customized reporting in the ERP system for audits
Trains and enforces cycle counting
Trains and enforces proper inventory moves
Manages multiple warehouse locations, trailers and containers, and ensures all stocked items have appropriate identification
Trains and enforces material receipts are being performed in a timely and correct manner
Enforces picking, staging and return policy in a timely and consistent manner in the most optimal flow
Key decision maker of the warehouse setup and flow
Conducting and heading special projects regarding the warehouse
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree - minimum Associates Degree
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role
