Partners with the VP of Design and Construction to ensure Supply Chain operations has consistent standards that align with future projects for docks, hospital warehouse and supply rooms.
Reviews performance of strategic initiatives by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics, advancing solutions as they become available.
Streamlines supply chain operation processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency and inventory at the hospital and non-acute sites.
Coordinates with Supply Chain executives to set strategic goals and determine operational activities to accomplish business objectives.
