This is achieved through a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses and understanding how they operate so that we can identify efficiencies in order to grow.

We are looking for a UI (User Interface) Designer that will be responsible for the look and feel of all our digital products and solutions. This role will collaborate closely with UX designers and product owners to make a user experience and interface as visually pleasing and cohesive as possible.

Responsibilities & Experience

• Develop visual design and layout best practices.
• Produce an alliantDigital design toolkit and ensure that a consistent approach is used for all our products.
• Conduct user research to inform UI layout decisions.
• Collaborate with developers, copywriters, and UX designers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Conceptualize original ideas that are simple and user-friendly to complex design roadblocks.
• Present designs that are based on the overall design roadmap and key milestone deliverables to all stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns.
• Experienced with Figma, Adobe Photoshop & XD, or other design tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (will be client facing).
• Set design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  
  

Requirements

• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
