Trial Attorney

Role Overview: As a Litigation Attorney at PrimeTalent's client firm, you will handle complex litigation cases with a sharp focus on corporate law matters. You will work closely with our corporate team to provide seamless legal solutions that align with our client's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies, focusing primarily on corporate litigation.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals, agreements, and contracts.
• Provide expert legal analysis and advice on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Handle case management from inception to conclusion, including strategy formulation, discovery, mediation, and trial.
• Engage in business development activities to build relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals, guiding them through complex legal processes and corporate law nuances.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in the state of Missouri.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, with a significant focus on corporate law.
• Proven track record of managing and resolving complex legal disputes.
• Exceptional legal writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical ability to develop case strategies and analyze statutes, judicial decisions, legal articles, and other materials.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
