Transportation Coordinator Responsibilities Include

• Communicate with third-party providers and internal customers to ensure timely and accurate shipment coordination.
• Enter and audit freight invoices to ensure accuracy and prompt payment.
• Review and submit freight invoices that failed during the El batch process for manual entry, including root cause analysis to reduce future errors.
• Conduct bi-weekly invoice aging review for Fulfillment Warehouse to capture and process missed freight invoices for payment.
• Cross-train as a backup for other departmental Transportation Coordinators and Inventory Coordinators.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to successfully achieve supply chain objectives.
  
  

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 21yrs or older (Alcohol)
• Strong analytical capabilities are preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in transportation preferred.
• Computer literate, i.e., Microsoft Office suite, E.R.P or Preferred J.D. but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
• Ability to deal well with diverse cultures, personalities, and professional levels.
• Flexible work schedule required to meet operational demands.
• Ability to read, write & communicate in English.
  
  

Your Compensation

$45,123-$51,735/yr. based upon relevant experience.
