Overview
DataSoft Technologies, Inc. is seeking a System Administrator to join our client in Raleigh, NC. This position will perform PC replacements, remote support activities, such as troubleshooting, software installations, process improvement activities, and asset record analysis. We need this position that provides desktop support to the 14 agencies that utilize our service. This position will perform PC replacements, remote support activities, such as troubleshooting, software installations, process improvement activities, and asset record analysis. This position will work on site to perform hands-on duties such as imaging, PC hookups, and asset inventories.
Responsibilities
Responsibility for operations and troubleshooting of system environments, Server back up and security
Performance tuning and capacity planning
Analysis of system logs and identification of potential issues with computer systems; troubleshooting of reported problems
Migration and integration of new technologies and functionalities into existing system environments
Management of user accounts
Qualifications
3 Years of experience:
Must possess strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical customers
Must possess moderate knowledge and demonstratable skills with Intel computing equipment
Needs moderate knowledge of Windows OS and M365, Basic knowledge of MECM (SCCM) & AD, Basic knowledge of Tanium, Bomgar, ServiceNow, Intune
Require experience in PC replacements, including imaging/provisioning
Strong organization & documentation skills
1 Years Of Experience
Basic knowledge of Apple based computing equipment
