Seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager to join a small-but-mighty marketing team. For more than 40+ years, AllenComm has led the corporate learning and development market. We have a reputation for innovation with 500+ industry awards and recognitions. As a marketing generalist, you will play a key role in both channel and experience marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business growth. You will also have the opportunity for cross-functional collaboration and provide oversight and direction to agency partners, freelance copyrighters, etc.

This position reports to the head of marketing. The work environment is fast-paced, and we highly value personal leadership. The position can be in-office or hybrid for local candidates or fully remote (depending on geography). Some preference may be given to local candidates.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for assigned campaigns, service categories, and industry segments.
  • Manage and execute channel marketing across digital, traditional, and industry media relations.
  • Oversee the development and execution of in-person and virtual marketing events.
  • Direct the application process for all awards and industry recognitions, collaborating with industry partners, clients, and creative resources.
  • Align efforts to performance, collaborating with our digital marketing manager.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic marketing partnerships to expand reach and achieve marketing goals.
  • Identify and leverage industry trends and best practices to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, industry partners, and independent contractors to ensure alignment and support marketing goals.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing. We will consider exceptional candidates at all levels but anticipate hiring a sr. manager. 
  • Experience in the corporate learning and development industry will be valued but is not required.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics and ability to measure ROI.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools (SalesForce, Pardot, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
