The Job

The Sr. Director of Transformation will serve as a key resource for the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO), to identify and drive SCAN’s most important business transformation initiatives. This role will focus on efficiency of business processes and structure. This role will closely work with leadership across functions to connect dots across a vast portfolio to re-imagine and scale what the future of the business will look like. This position will be responsible for forming collaboration and innovation to set strategy and initiatives of business process, digital, technology and organizational transformation to drive organizational value optimization, efficiency, effectiveness and cost reduction in finance, supply chain, travel and employee expense, data and analytics, human resources, payroll & benefits and other support and operational functions.

You Will

  • Identify, assess and define efficiency opportunities. Bring answers that drive/influence strategic decisions and long-term thinking
  • Lead translation of efficiency opportunities into priority transformation projects in partnership with business partners. Define clear objectives and solutions to ensure operational and/or financial outcomes. Serving as a subject matter expert, recognize and advise on how process changes affect other processes and systems.
  • Lead execution of critical transformation projects within a complex matrixed organization
  • Directly responsible for facilitation, oversight, implementation, and continuous monitoring of the full range of transformation initiatives and programs.
  • Responsible for facilitating business transformation planning, prioritization, and implementation across multiple CMO departments. Lead performance management of stakeholders across enterprise to deliver on priority transformation initiatives
  • Collaborates with members of the executive management team to align departmental strategy or direction with the overall goals of the organization
  • Oversee, direct, and organize the project work within the context of cross functional project teams supporting initiatives from finance, operations, supply chain, administration and IT teams both at the global support offices, regional support offices and in the country offices.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience in healthcare, strategic planning and implementation of business transformation type initiatives, or related field
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, management consulting and/or a similar role
  • Medicare knowledge, preferred
  • Strong planning, critical thinking and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to drive strategic direction.
  • Strong influence and persuasion skills.
  • Strong project management skills, using analytics, user research and other approaches to help make decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, group motivation and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Experience with coordinating diverse groups of individuals to achieve overall program success.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire large and diverse teams, manage multiple projects on a real-time basis, and identify and resolve operational and integration challenges.
  • Ability to govern with unquestionable ethics and unswerving integrity.
