Sr. Digital Producer

Role:

Deutsch LA is seeking a highly knowledgeable and inventive Senior Digital Producer, with a digital focus, who knows how to make the seemingly impossible happen. Candidate must be passionate about the space from Web to social to gaming to mobile and film. This person must also be creative, solutions-driven and organized to ensure high quality work is delivered on time in an extremely fast-paced and creative environment. Work experience at a recognized agency, technology company, or on the client-side is a must.

As a Senior Digital Producer, you will be responsible for end-to-end project leadership of any number of digital media initiatives, which will include: large-scale digital advertising campaigns, mobile application development, complex website development, and website redesigns and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Is responsible for ensuring that the creative team employs the most innovative production methods and that projects are completed on time and on budget
• Is a genuine and high-impact team leader, capable of motivating, directing, and inspiring cross-functional project teams
• Is driven to create and lead best-in-industry digital experiences and content while mentoring and directing teams of producers
• Understands the limitations and capabilities of common digital tools such as HTML, CSS, .NET, PHP, API’s, and DCO tools and platforms
• Is highly competent with project management tools such as Confluence, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet
• Oversee the production of large-scale digital display campaigns ensuring high quality and alignment with strategic objectives
• Demonstrate proven experience and deep knowledge in managing and executing DCO campaigns and capable of troubleshooting issues and optimizing campaigns for maximum performance
• Must be fluent in social media and mobile trends and capabilities
• Must be proficient with server setups and video compression
• Has agile project leadership experience
• Must be able to build and cultivate relationships across departments as well as with our clients
• Must be a skilled problem solver with the ability to take an idea and make it better
• Should have extensive knowledge of and amicable relationships with leading-edge development partners
• Is more than just technically savvy – should have live-action video, talent issue management, and technology licensing experience
• Must have trafficking experience with the understanding of tagging and tracking

Requirements:

• Extremely organized project leader
• Prior experience in a creative or agency environment
• Creative minded, technology obsessed
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale integrated and digital projects (budgets ranging from $200,000 to $1,000,000) on national accounts
• Industry award recognized
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor’s degree

Salary range is based on experience: 110-120K
