What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Processing and monitoring accounts payable, including vendor invoices and associate expenses
• Entering invoice details in the company's accounting system and allocating expenses to appropriate accounts
• Facilitating payment of invoices due and reviewing employee expense reports
• Maintaining and reviewing documentation and vendor files in accordance with company policy
• Running and analyzing reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 4+ years' experience in Accounts Payable
• Two-year degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong computer and communications skills
• Highly detailed and organized
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Knowledge of ABS/AS400 and Oracle a plus
