America’s 20M college students need mentors who can help them build successful early careers and early lives. Graditude meets this need by connecting students with alumni mentors through its mentorship matching platform and mentorship program administration suite www.graditudeconnects.org.
Graditude’s startup nonprofit team of four young alumni has onboarded 100+ beta users, 3 institutional partners, and $25k+ in pre-seed funding. We are rapidly growing and preparing our MVP for deployment among our campus partners.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a talented student developer eager for early professional experience building the Rails backend behind an innovative product solving a compelling social problem. We are mission-driven, we take ownership of our work, and we are team players.
Proficiency in Ruby on Rails is required, and familiarity with Mantine/TypeScript is a plus. Prior experience on a full-stack development project is expected.
What We’re Building:
Graditude is building America’s premier solution for mentorship: an online social network and mentorship program administration suite tailored specifically for fostering long-term mentorship relationships. At Graditude, we strive to deliver a best-in-class user experience for students, alumni, and administrators nationwide.
We start today as a small team building a Railway app with a Ruby on Rails backend and a TypeScript frontend to deploy a vision laid out in our Figma. What we build can help students nationwide find the life-changing mentors they need.
Why Join the Team?
