Job Title: Senior Web Programmer

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using a range of technologies.
  • Implement user interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js).
  • Develop server-side logic using programming languages such as Python, Ruby, PHP, or Node.js, and manage databases using SQL or NoSQL technologies.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Implement and manage automated testing and continuous integration processes to ensure the reliability and quality of web applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve performance issues, bugs, and other technical problems.
  • reate and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and application functionality.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Web Programmer or Developer.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Strong back-end development experience with languages such as Python, Ruby, PHP, or Node.js.
  • Experience with database management using SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL technologies.
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
