We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Senior Vice President, POM Product Management to join our Client Onboarding Enterprise Platform team. This role is located in our Lake Mary, FL location.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Set a strategic vision, create and maintain product roadmaps.
• Manage issue escalations and risks; track financials.
• Develop, lead, and execute the strategic vision for the group; own the overall Group roadmap, and align the teams around delivery goals.
• Provide leadership support to multiple pod-level Product Owners and ensure alignment across multiple pod-level product backlogs.
• Be accountable for all risks originated from services delivered (including remediation efforts) & own, manage, and aggregate view of risk across Group.
• Continuously groom and reprioritize pod backlogs, provide strategic input & decisioning, manage & reduce blockers, and ensure continuous flow of work pods.
• Provide day-to-day direction to guide Group operations and evaluate the impact against established scorecard.
• Collaborate with Group Leadership to share progress, flag challenges, and codify lessons learned.
• Role model desired cultural changes to all team members.
  
  

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
• 8-10+ years of product management with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly-matrixed environment.
• Prior experience working in a financial industry preferred.
• Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision.
• Deep knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds.
• Experience managing daily technical and design direction
