Tittle- Senior UX Designer

Location- Anywhere in United States

Job Type- Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Develop user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented according to specifications and standards.
• Design and implement visual design elements that enhance the user experience and brand identity.
• Ensure designs are compliant with accessibility and usability standards.
• Participate in design reviews, critiques, and brainstorming sessions with the design team.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 8-10 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, process, and solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as [Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, etc.].
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards related to digital accessibility.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
