We are currently looking for a SENIOR TAX MANAGER to join our incredible team already in place.
As a SENIOR TAX MANAGER, Your Responsibilities Will Include
Management of the preparation of corporate, partnership, fiduciary, tax- exempt and other types of tax returns.
Management of the preparation of income tax projections that involve multiple scenarios and complex analysis
Performing extensive tax research on complex business combinations and transactions
Remaining knowledgeable of new technical developments and leading-edge technologies that are of interest to the firm. Managers must also strive to develop and improve communication, management and leadership skills.
Requirements
Licensed CPA
Master’s Degree in Accounting
7+ years of progressive tax consulting and/or compliance experience
5+ years of technical tax research experience
Experience with c-corps as well as pass-through entities
Experience with international filings
Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
Strong leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Experience with tax software (preferably CCH Axcess) with the desire to quickly learn new software programs
