Job Title: Senior SAP BASIS HANA Consultant

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)- Local Only

Job Type: Full-Time Only (NO C2C)

Experience

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience with SAP HANA administration.
  • Proven track record of leading SAP projects and managing SAP landscapes.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in SAP BASIS and HANA administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with SAP NetWeaver, Fiori, Solution Manager, and other SAP tools.
  • Strong knowledge of database management, particularly HANA.
  • Understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and HR.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for SAP deployments.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior consultants.

Certifications

  • SAP BASIS and HANA certifications are highly desirable.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
